So here I am, thirty six years old/young and growing older. Why do I have a Web Log and now a Fitness Log? Well, it is simple. The Web Log is there for general thoughts about life, whereas I believe a person’s fitness, health and wellness should be a specific, concerted effort that should last for a life-time.
So, here I’ll put down thoughts and information that I come across that deals with fitness, health and wellness.
Health: a : the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit; especially : freedom from physical disease or pain b : the general condition of the body <in poor health> <enjoys good health>
Fitness: the quality or state of being fit — a (1) : adapted to an end or design : suitable by nature or by art (2) : adapted to the environment so as to be capable of surviving
Wellness: the quality or state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal <wellness clinics> <lifestyles that promote wellness>
